NOTICE REGARDING CASH TO CLOSE FOR REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS:
All cash to close for real estate transaction must be in the form of a wire (wire instructions provided upon request) or a cashier’s/official check drawn on a U.S. Bank for U.S. funds payable to Mellex Title Services, LLC. Wires are preferred as bank checks do not clear our account for up to 24 hours after actual deposit and may delay funding of the file. Florida law requires the checks to be clear prior to us funding the file and also prohibits us from accepting personal checks.
